Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate role at Lowe's (part-time) focusing on selecting, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include keeping staging areas clean and safe, delivering quality customer service by guiding customers to the right associates, operating and maintaining powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) with required certification, using the Orders App and SIMS to support inventory accuracy, conducting audits, locker management, and reporting safety or theft concerns. Emphasizes daily customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork; may be assigned additional duties to support business needs. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and relevant retail/customer fulfillment experience across hardware/home improvement categories.
Required Qualifications
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- 6 Months of Retail experience
Desired Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department
