Part Time - Fulfillment Associate - Flexible

Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, and fulfilling customer orders, inspecting and ensuring accuracy, maintaining clean and safe staging areas, delivering high-quality items, answering customer questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed. Operates and maintains certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and adheres to safety requirements. Supports inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, collaborates with leadership to resolve short picks, and completes administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly. Demonstrates a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork, and may be assigned other duties to support business needs. Requires 6 months of computer experience, 6 months of experience with common retail technology, and powered equipment certification (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) if not already certified. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of retail experience, and 6 months of experience in customer service or product fulfillment in hardware/home improvement contexts.
