Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate (Part Time) responsible for selecting, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; maintain clean, organized, and safe staging areas; provide excellent service by helping customers and directing them to the right associates; operate and maintain powered equipment certification (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) and follow safety requirements; support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks; complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and other readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly; maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned additional duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
