Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Lowe’s Part-Time role responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time. Duties include operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck), ensuring inventory accuracy with SIMS compliance, assisting customers and directing them to the right associates, and performing related administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks. Requires computer and retail tech experience, safety awareness, teamwork, and strong communication; may be assigned additional duties to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
