Job Summary
Front Office Supervisor (Part-time) role focusing on leading the Front Desk team, interviewing/hiring/training, evaluating performance, and enforcing policies to maintain guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to guest requests and problems, supervising Front Desk operations to maximize revenues and service quality, overseeing Front Service Agents, remaining calm during emergencies, resolving complaints through thorough situational analysis, authorizing revenue adjustments after considering alternatives, ensuring attendance compliance, and performing other duties as assigned. Must communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, maintain a professional appearance, and support a collaborative team environment. Experience in hospitality operations, strong math/calculation skills, and familiarity with hotel systems are desirable. Location: San Diego, CA (on-site) with part-time scheduling.
