Job Summary
Smile, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to make emotional connections with guests while honoring the restaurant's vision. Multitask quickly and thoroughly on your feet for several hours, communicating effectively with guests and team members. Adhere to rules and dress code, follow Pathway standards to capture orders with hospitality, and close gaps during drive-thru order taking. Actively lift 25-30 lbs, stand for long periods, and work with a sense of urgency to maintain operational efficiency. Work a flexible schedule from 11am to 4pm, 15-20 hours weekly, with closed Sundays.
