Job Summary
Opportunity: Grow Your Career. Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles; assigns registers and coordinates breaks; addresses customer concerns; ensures adherence to store plan and labor laws; collaborates with management on training needs; promotes safety and shrink-reduction goals; actively participates in store operations and POS coverage; promotes credit and loyalty programs; and maintains a positive, respectful work environment. Requires strong merchandising understanding, multitasking, and effective communication to support a high-quality customer experience and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to train others
- ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
