Job Summary
Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, suspicious behavior, or security breaches. Observe and report incidents, communicate with local law enforcement or fire departments as necessary, and conduct unarmed foot patrols of interior and exterior areas. Write detailed daily incident reports, maintain proper use of patrol vehicle forms, and perform routine vehicle maintenance including vacuuming and car washing. Respond to security and safety concerns, evaluate appropriate courses of action, and comply with all on-site operations manual directives. This part-time, second-shift role in the Waltham area offers a pay rate of $23.00 with paid sick days, requiring a high school diploma, background screening, and drug testing.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
