Job Summary
Maintain and operate the Fresh Cut Produce department including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables, maintain display and quality control, become certified in Fresh Cuts Production, and follow PPE and Food Safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations, and support guest experience guidelines. May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Some Retail experience a plus
- Some Computer Skills
- Basic mathematic skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
