Job Summary
Freelance graphic designer to support The Only Facial's franchise system from a remote, part-time, independent-contractor role. Work directly with franchise owners to create marketing assets that align with brand standards across locations. Projects include social media graphics, grand opening materials, local event promotions, print collateral, flyers, postcards, email graphics, and recruitment marketing materials. Requires 3+ years of graphic design experience, a strong brand-focused portfolio, ability to follow detailed brand guidelines, excellent communication and project management skills, fast turnaround times, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. Experience with franchise or multi-location brands is a plus. Flexible schedule, fully remote, ongoing opportunities within a growing franchise network.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work
- Ability to follow detailed brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fast turnaround times
- Experience creating both digital and print assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Experience supporting franchise or multi-location brands is a plus
