Job Summary
Conduct tailored fragrance, makeup, and skincare consultations to educate clients and build long-lasting relationships through in-store and digital channels. Deliver expert personalized experiences using clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow the portfolio. Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs while embodying CHANEL's values of exceptional creation and client experience. Work 22.5 hours per week across any three days in a seven-day rotation at Sephora Silverburn.
