Job Summary
Develop, train, and educate students in assigned sports while instructing players on rules, regulations, and techniques. Positively encourage participants and model hard work, leadership, and good sportsmanship toward athletes, officials, and spectators. Schedule and organize effective practice sessions, prioritizing relationship building with colleagues, students, and families. Represent the All Saints' Episcopal School Athletic program professionally and generate community support through connections with the greater Fort Worth community. Ensure the physical and spiritual well-being of athletes during sporting activities while managing confidential information and working independently in accordance with established policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Bus Driver certification prior to the start of coaching duties
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Teaching Certification
- Experience as a coach or participant in sport
- General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures
- Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with the Athletic Directors expectations, established school policies and procedures, and the All Saints' mission and values
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
