Job Summary
Manage day-to-day food service operations in the Elementary School Cafeteria, including supervising staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining kitchen sanitation. Monitor temperature logs for food equipment and production while following menu instructions and portion sizes based on student count. Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude. Maintain appropriate communication with the Food Services Director regarding potential issues. This role supports the Weld Re-9 School District's commitment to excellence in food services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Food Safety Manager Certificate from the Health Department
