Part Time Food Production

Prepare sliced meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and wraps while juicing beverages for customers. Operate rotisserie ovens up to three times daily and use a broaster for chicken, fish, and potato wedges. Monitor food temperatures, change broaster oil, and strictly follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering, or additional food production tasks during down times. This role supports the retail division of Gordon Food Service, which serves small food service operators, families, and non-profits across North America.
