Part Time Food Production Associate at Gordon Food Service Store. Responsibilities include preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps, juicing ingredients for beverages, following food safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting in other areas such as stocking or cashiering during down times. Operate Rotisserie Oven up to 3 times per day and use a broaster to cook chicken items; take temperatures of cooked and cold foods; change oil in broasters. Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ required to operate meat slicer. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, provide superior customer service, multitask, and work well in a team or independently. Basic math and computer skills required.
