Job Summary
Provide guest service in roles including Greeter, Concessionist, or Usher, with duties spanning ticketing support, concession operations, crowd management, and theatre cleanliness. Key responsibilities include operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions, upselling Premium Viewing Experiences, promoting Regal Crown Club, enforcing MPAA ratings, ensuring food safety, complying with breaks and alcohol regulations where applicable, and maintaining attendance and adherence to training materials. The role requires effective customer service and communication, ability to perform opening/closing duties, and capability to read and follow safety and discrimination policies.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
