Job Summary
Part-time Floor Staff for Regal theatres across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Responsibilities include regular attendance, handling emergencies, general cleaning, and adherence to dress code. Box Office duties cover operating POS systems and cash handling, processing payments, and upselling Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) while promoting the Regal Crown Club. Concession duties include POS operations, inventory, food-safety compliance, and upselling. Usher duties involve ticket tearing, crowd management, directing patrons, inspecting bags as applicable, enforcing MPAA ratings, and assisting with auditorium cleanliness and safety. All roles require customer-focused service, teamwork, and compliance with training materials; alcohol service responsibilities require relevant state/local certifications. Education/Experience includes completion of the cast certification program or progress toward completion, with language on beverage-server training where applicable.
