Job Summary
Drive sales and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor to meet and exceed daily goals. Manage cash handling, register opening/closing, and reconcile drawers while maintaining a clean, visually appealing store environment. Coach peers on sales techniques and product knowledge, analyze StoreForce dashboard results to adjust shop floor structure, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards. Foster a culture of DEIB and ethical business practices by educating customers on Lush values and hosting community initiatives. Requires minimum one year of supervisory experience, cash handling skills, and a passion for skincare and natural beauty.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
- Authorized to work in the United States
