Job Summary
Drive sales and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results for coaching, product demonstrations, and real-time adjustments to meet daily goals. Manage cash handling, register opening/closing, and reconcile drawers while maintaining a clean, visually appealing store through merchandising and inventory best practices. Train peers on sales techniques and product knowledge, monitor break schedules, and ensure store compliance with policies, health and safety standards, and ethical brand values. Foster a positive, inclusive culture that encourages open communication and celebrates sales achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
