Job Summary
Part Time Floor Leader at Lush Cosmetics (Oxmoor Center) leading a shop-floor team to drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience. Responsible for coaching Sales Ambassadors, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, conducting training, product demonstrations, educating customers on Lush values (ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and packaging), and maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. Focus areas include achieving sales goals, fostering a positive, productive work environment, cash handling and store operations, and DEIB-conscious team leadership. Requires supervisory experience, strong customer service and sales skills, skincare/cosmetics knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay: $16.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience
- cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
