Job Summary
Part-time Floor Leader at Lush in Old Orchard Center. Lead and inspire a team of Sales Associates on the shop floor to achieve and exceed sales goals, deliver world-class customer experience, and support store operations. Responsibilities include coaching using StoreForce dashboard results, conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), training peers, and ensuring operational excellence through cash handling, opening/closing procedures, scheduling, stock/inventory tasks, and maintaining visual merchandising. Requires supervisory experience, strong customer-service focus, skincare knowledge, and flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays. Pay $18.70/hour for part-time hours (approx. 20-29 per week). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- cash handling and opening/closing procedures
