Job Summary
Floor Leader on a part-time, retail floor team responsible for driving sales and delivering a world-class customer experience on the shop floor. Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors, train peers on sales techniques and product knowledge, and ensure operational excellence including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to store standards. Promote Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), educate customers on products, and lead initiatives to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Foster a positive, inclusive team environment, monitor store performance through coaching and feedback, and collaborate with management to maintain product displays and store cleanliness. Required: at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience, supervisory/coaching experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and knowledge of skincare or cosmetics; preferred: experience with DEIB, sales analytics, multilingual abilities (Spanish or French). Pay: $18.70 per hour.
Required Qualifications
