Job Summary
Drive sales and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor by coaching staff, delivering product demonstrations, and analyzing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals. Manage cash handling, including opening/closing registers, reconciling drawers, and preparing nightly deposits, while maintaining a clean, visually appealing store through merchandising and inventory best practices. Train Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and brand values such as ethical buying and naked packaging, ensuring compliance with company standards for health and safety and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations and community engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
