Job Summary
Drive sales and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor by coaching, training, and providing feedback to help achieve and exceed daily goals. Manage store operations by handling cash transactions, opening and closing registers, reconciling drawers, and preparing nightly deposits. Maintain a clean, organized store environment through visual merchandising and inventory adjustments while ensuring staff compliance with safety and company standards. Foster a positive culture by leading training sessions, monitoring break times, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
