Job Summary
Drive sales and manage the store floor by coaching sales associates, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring daily goals are met. Lead team development through training sessions, while handling cash transactions, opening/closing registers, and preparing nightly deposits. Maintain visual merchandising standards, monitor inventory, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety policies. Foster a positive culture by addressing DEIB topics and encouraging open communication among staff. This part-time role requires 20-29 hours weekly and is based in Houston. Candidates must possess at least one year of supervisory experience, strong cash handling skills, and a passion for skincare and ethical business practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
