Job Summary
Drive sales and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to provide coaching, adjust shop floor structure, and exceed daily goals. Manage cash handling, including opening/closing registers, reconciling drawers, and preparing nightly deposits, while ensuring store compliance with opening and closing procedures. Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective sales techniques and product knowledge, maintain a clean, organized store through visual merchandising adjustments, and support inventory tasks. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by encouraging open communication and valuing unique contributions. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
- Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
