Job Summary
As a Part Time Floor Leader, you will support the Store Management Team through driving sales, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. Your responsibilities include coaching the sales team, enhancing customer experience, managing cash handling and store operations, maintaining visuals and merchandising standards, and fostering a positive work environment focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. To qualify, you need at least 1 year of experience in customer service, cash handling, supervisory roles, and a flexible schedule. An understanding of skincare and ethical business practices is also required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
