Job Summary
Part-Time TMS Technician providing clinical support for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy under supervisor; greets/prepares patients, administers treatments per approved protocols, maintains safe treatment environment, documents sessions in medical records, reports adverse events, and supports patient care with compassionate communication. Requires certification in BLS, HIPAA, and MagVenture; 2+ years healthcare experience; BS in related field preferred; strong tech and documentation skills; participates in device setup, troubleshooting, and patient progress reporting. On-site roles across Lakewood, Olympia, Kitsap, Federal Way, and Vancouver Clinic with 20-30 hours/week and Bi-weekly pay.
Required Qualifications

- TMS Technician
- BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus
- BLS certification preferred
- Comfortable with medical/mechanical devices
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
