Job Summary
Float Pharmacist to process prescriptions, provide patient information, and administer immunizations as allowed, traveling between multiple Oregon locations (Grants Pass, Eugene, Medford, Roseburg, Coos Bay, Newport, Tillamook, Klamath Falls) to cover PTO. Roles involve distributing drugs, delivering high-level customer service, and ensuring compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations; schedule includes 8:00–5:00 operations and guaranteed 16 hours per week, with 0.725 per mile mileage, bonuses, and benefits. Must have PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Oregon pharmacist license, immunization certification, LAI training readiness, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to all sites. Mon-Fri, 16 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in the state of Oregon
- Immunization Certification Certificate
- Willingness to complete LAI training and administer LAI
- Driver's License and Car Insurance
- Willing and able to travel to ALL of our sites in Grants Pass, Eugene, Medford, Roseburg, Coos Bay, Newport, Tillamook, and Klamath Falls when open
- Willing and able to work 16 hours each week
