Job Summary
Monitor vehicle movement on and off the lot, manage driver activity to and from the airport, and oversee vehicle cleanliness. Utilize computer systems to track recalls, deletes, and preventative maintenance, then inspect vehicles for damage before fleet movement. Coordinate body shop repairs, facilitate lost and found items, and maintain current registration by grounding expired plates. Act as the daily point of contact for the driver team and provide administrative support to the Fleet Supervisor and Branch Managers. Work 7am to 3:30pm shifts including weekends and holidays at the Lihue service center.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to work 7am - 3:30pm, including weekends and holidays
