Part Time Fitness Ambassador

Be the heartbeat of the gym with high-energy member engagement as a Fitness Ambassador. Welcome and connect with members, greet with enthusiasm, assist with check-ins, promote programs and events, maintain a clean and motivating environment, and build relationships with members. This entry-level role emphasizes a people-first mindset, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to communicate positively. Training toward basic fitness techniques is available; certification (NCSF) and equipment training must be completed within 90 days of hire. Must be 18+ and capable of working a set schedule on the fitness floor, including standing for extended periods and handling equipment. Opportunities for growth into trainer or management roles are highlighted.
