Part Time Fitness Ambassador

Fitness Ambassador to greet and assist members, promote programs, maintain a clean and safe environment, engage on the fitness floor, build relationships with members, encourage progress, and contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere. Entry-level role with no experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Requires 18+, High school diploma or equivalent, and completion of the NCSF fitness training certification within 90 days of hire. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, and the ability to stand and interact with members on the fitness floor are essential. The position offers growth opportunities into trainer, club management, or leadership roles and includes PTO and other benefits.
