Job Summary
Fitness Ambassador role at a Planet Fitness location focused on creating a welcoming, energetic member experience. Responsibilities include greeting members, being a visible presence on the fitness floor, assisting with check-ins and member needs, promoting programs and events, helping maintain a clean and safe environment, and building rapport with members. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and capable of independent work; previous fitness background is not required as training is provided. Must be 18+, able to stand/walk 4–8 hours per shift, and willing to complete NCSF certification and equipment training within 90 days. The position is part-time with opportunities for growth into trainer/leadership roles and includes benefits such as PTO and free employee membership.
