Job Summary
Fitness Ambassador role at a gym, entry-level position focused on member engagement and club operations. Responsibilities include greeting members, maintaining a welcoming presence on the fitness floor, assisting with check-ins and member inquiries, promoting programs and events, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and fostering member relationships by learning names, celebrating wins, and encouraging progress. Essential duties cover member experience and customer service, fitness floor engagement, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Training is provided; certification (NCSF) required within 90 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness preferred
- Must complete fitness training certification (NCSF) within 90 days of hire
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4–8 hours)
- Must be able to lift, move, and adjust fitness equipment weighing up to 50 lbs safely
