Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and wire transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and verifying identification for all member interactions. Guide members through account setup for Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and Merchant Services, then balance ATMs, vaults, and execute opening and closing procedures. Engage business members to discuss commercial loan structures and submit thorough referrals to the Commercial Loan Department. Respond to inbound calls regarding consumer loans and manage digital inquiries across chat and online platforms. Meet monthly performance goals while promoting HFCU initiatives and participating in community outreach events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NMLS License
- Notary License (or ability to obtain within 9 months of hire)
- 4+ years of extensive customer service and sales experience
