Part-time Finance Administrator

Job Summary
Process supplier invoices, enter data into QuickBooks, and reconcile delivery notes while managing accounts payable and receivable enquiries. Check and issue sales invoices, produce monthly account statements, and support credit control activities to ensure timely payments. Complete corporate card and expense reconciliations, monitor stock and sales pricing, and assist with month-end reporting alongside the Finance Manager. Monitor finance emails and incoming calls, liaise with internal departments and external accountants, and resolve finance queries to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the accounts function. Work 18 hours per week, ideally three days, with flexibility required during month-end and year-end periods.
Required Qualifications
- Proven recent experience in a Finance Administration role
- Strong knowledge of finance processes including purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations and credit control
- Excellent IT skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Adobe PDF
- Strong organisational skills
