Job Summary
Drive to rural farm locations to install and service BinSentry optical sensors and solar panels, disinfecting equipment and climbing feed bins ranging from 10 to 40 feet. Troubleshoot basic device issues as needed while adhering to strict biosecurity rules at each site. Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets throughout the day. This part-time role requires a clean driving record, ability to work 8–10 hours daily, and physical stamina for lifting over 50 lbs in all weather conditions. Candidates must hold working-at-heights certification and possess reliable smartphone skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Working at heights certification, with a full understanding of how to use fall protection equipment
- Clean driving record with ability to drive 8 - 10 hrs per day
- Reliable smartphone with basic knowledge of how to use it and take basic measurements
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Great communication skills to work with customers and ability to communicate in English
- Positive attitude and service minded
- Solid work ethic and a high standard for yourself and respect for others
- Trustworthy, prompt and reliable
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Physically able to climb and lift more than 50lbs
