Job Summary
Perform specialized energy testing (Blower Door & Duct Blaster) and inspect newly built homes for quality and readiness. Travel locally to construction sites within your territory, identify issues, create punch lists, and produce accurate reports for builders. Maintain equipment and safety standards while working independently on-site and communicating professionally with customers and your team. This entry-level Field Inspector role leads toward certifications such as HERS Ratings and ENERGY STAR, offering a clear career path and long-term growth. You will work independently on active construction sites, often in extreme conditions, and start around 8:30 AM with opportunities to advance into certified energy rating roles.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance
- Ability to work safely on construction sites
