Job Summary
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing in-home care services, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining program integrity. Duties include scheduling client visits, training staff, managing documentation, and communicating with RNs regarding client care. Must attend required meetings and maintain patient confidentiality, as well as perform evaluations of direct service workers. Candidates should have related experience in training and supervising, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience providing training or direct services to persons with developmental disabilities
- 1 year of supervising experience
- 1 year related experience
- Able to type 40+ wpm
- Must be willing to learn new things
- Dependable and a fast learner
- Able to communicate and act in a professional manner
- Must be compassionate and caring
- Obtain organizational skills
- Must be able to travel to clients place of residence

Additional Requirements
