Job Summary
Ensure policies and procedures for in-home client care meet standards, train staff, and maintain program integrity by scheduling initial visits, completing admission paperwork, and conducting meet-and-greets with clients and direct service workers. Verify documentation accuracy, select qualified paraprofessional staff, and coordinate with RNs regarding medication certification or facility transitions. Evaluate direct service worker performance through yearly reviews and onsite checks while enforcing state guidelines and maintaining confidentiality. Rotate on-call duties and fill in for absent staff as needed, ensuring patient care continuity. Maintain client schedules, update monthly reports, and attend mandatory meetings. Requires reliable transportation, local travel, and a valid driver's license.

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience providing training or direct services to persons with developmental disabilities
- 1 year of supervising experience
- 1 year related experience
- Able to type 40+ wpm
- Must be willing to learn new things
