Part Time Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed, including on-call repairs and adjustments for machines that go out of order. Execute new kiosk installations or swap machines within the local territory while monitoring daily operations to resolve connectivity or power issues. Keep track of inventory for re-stocking and grow revenue by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, and store relationships. This part-time role covers 40+ kiosks with 15-25 hours per week, offering $23-25 hourly pay, a company car, and cell-phone reimbursement. A valid driver's license and background in electromechanical repair are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical jargon
- Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record is mandatory
- Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance
- Must have a reliable cell phone
- Ability to work weekends when required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile
- Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to always represent Hillman professionally
