Job Summary
Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed, including on-call repairs for connectivity or power issues. Conduct new kiosk installations or swap machines in the local territory while monitoring daily machine status. Track inventory for re-stocking and grow revenue by optimizing machine locations, uptime, and product mix. This part-time role covers 40+ kiosks in Helena, MT, with 15–25 hours weekly and $23–25 hourly pay. A company car, cell-phone reimbursement, and gas card are provided. Background in electromechanical repair and retail merchandising is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical jargon
- Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record is mandatory
- Major driving violations will eliminate potential candidates
- Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance
- Must have a reliable cell phone
- Ability to work weekends when required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Function vision required
- Function hearing required
- Hand/eye coordination required
- Travel required daily
- Must be able to drive 200 miles daily
Desired Qualifications
- Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile
- Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to always represent Hillman professionally
