Job Summary
Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores while building strong relationships with store leadership and associates. Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products, identify sales opportunities, and grow accounts within your San Diego territory. Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory. This role requires onsite work in the San Diego, California territory, reporting to the Regional Manager. The position offers an hourly rate of $20 - $24 with incentives for authorized U.S. workers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
