Job Summary
The part-time Field Operations Crew Member assists the Director of Field Operations in managing the facility, preparing and maintaining baseball fields and common areas year-round for games, practices, and special events. Responsibilities include dragging base paths, clay repair, hand watering infield areas, setting up fields for batting practice, covering fields in inclement weather, and performing general clean-up of grounds and facilities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and reliable transportation, with a preference for experience in field or landscape maintenance.
