Job Summary
Greet fans entering and exiting the arena, sell 50/50 raffle tickets, and manage prize pick-ups at the FanZone table, Spin-to-Win, or Chuck-A-Puck stations. Rotate roles game-to-game while assisting with mobile purchases, video board announcements, and pre-game/post-game duties. Answer fan questions professionally and promote the IceHogs brand during the 2026-27 AHL season. Earn $15.00 per hour as a part-time, seasonal team member supporting the Community Fund.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Should be passionate about customer service
- display an outgoing and positive attitude
- be comfortable interacting with fans in large, crowded, arena environments
- Should have excellent teamwork skills
- effective communication skills
- exhibit a willingness to help your co-workers succeed
- exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports industry
