Job Summary
Greet fans entering and exiting the arena, sell 50/50 raffle tickets, manage prize pickups, and operate the FanZone table, Spin-to-Win game, and Chuck-A-Puck sales station. Rotate between these roles game-to-game while answering fan questions, coordinating video board announcements, and assisting with mobile purchases and promotional item distribution. Participate in pre-game preparation, in-game implementation, and post-game duties. Work during the 2026-27 AHL season from September through April at a rate of $15.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for customer service
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Comfortability interacting with fans in large, crowded, arena environments
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to help co-workers succeed
- Genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports industry
- Ability to professionally represent the IceHogs brand while on duty
