Job Summary
Part-time Psychology faculty position with Dissertation Chair responsibilities. Provide substantive, timely feedback on assessments, maintain an inclusive student-centric learning environment, meet deadlines for grades and assessments, and contribute to course content and program quality. Collaborate with the Academic Program Director and other faculty, identify at-risk students, and support student engagement and success. Qualifications include a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD preferred) with experience in online education delivery and dissertation committees; teaching experience in qualitative/quantitative methods or statistics is valued. Remote-USA based work with responsibilities spanning online instruction and supervision of student work across diverse adult learners.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree with a focus in Psychology or related field required
- PhD preferred
- Experience with the online delivery of education and the systems that support it, required
- Graduate level qualitative methods, quantitative methods, or statistics teaching experience preferred
- Experience as a member of a dissertation committee, preferably as the chair/advisor required
- Content expertise in trauma, substance use/addictions, AI impact optional
