Part-time Faculty Dance Instructor

Teach Modern Dance courses and dance-history/ applied-dance instruction as a part-time adjunct at Montgomery College. Duties include teaching, maintaining classroom safety, monitoring Blackboard, tracking student attendance and grades, and communicating instructional needs to the Department Chair. Requires Master’s degree in Dance or related field; ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; access to a personal computer with internet outside the work location if needed; ability to meet faculty expectations, including inclusion and equity commitments. Position is reviewed on a continuous basis based on enrollment; teaching load is subject to department and campus policy; available to the Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus with in-person duties and compliance with college policies.
