Job Summary
Teach assigned Business Law, Legal Environment of Business, and Real Estate courses in accordance with the approved curriculum. Prepare and deliver engaging classroom instruction, evaluate student performance, and provide timely feedback. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and course records while fostering an inclusive learning environment. Minimum qualification is a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution, with prior college-level teaching experience preferred. Applicants must submit a resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcripts, and successfully complete background checks. Legal work authorization in the U.S. is required without employer sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution
- Must be permitted to legally work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Employment with the College will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with College policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior college-level teaching experience preferred
- Relevant professional experience in business, law, or the real estate industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with online learning management systems is a plus
