Job Summary
Oversee and complete facilities and building repairs within a geographic territory, including inspections of fitness equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. Manage routine preventative maintenance, order and track parts and supplies, and coordinate third-party trade partners. Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe conditions while supporting on-call or emergency response situations. Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs. Interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and written instructions to safely operate company equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- +3 years of maintenance experience
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to visually inspect machines
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Possess the ability to interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams and other documents
- Ability to follow safety guidelines regarding chemicals, ladders, power tools, etc.
- Must be comfortable wearing a number of hats and getting your hands dirty
Desired Qualifications
